Micro machine Pepakura

This is a micro model of a Lamborghini Gallardo LP 560-4 Polizia which is created and can be downloaded by www.mypapermodel.blogspot.com.

This is the second in my mini-paper craft attempts.  I think I will be working on something a little larger after this. I really need heavier paper.

Here fishy fishy...

I have recently become obsessed with goldfish.  I have no idea why.  This is a goldfish I created from Epson (japan) site.  The picture of the fish in the jar is a reduced version of goldfish and can move freely when the jar is lifted.  This is a gift for Eric's grandma for Thanksgiving.

Manga Car

This is a model I created with WAY too light paper.  It warped and was very difficult to work with.  Next time... If I ever make this model again I will use a heavier paper.  Kael wanted this model pretty badly so I didn't want to disappoint him.  You can download the model from this website http://www.geocities.jp/papertoy_box/.  Warning it is in Japanese :)

A Day at the Museum

Hubby took a nice day off and so without the kiddo in tow we had a "date day"

Here are a couple more paper models.  One is a Luigi model I found online from some random site.
The other is a model pdf graciously sent by Masato Kanno.

Older models

Here are some models I have made before the Mario model.
The Guy Fawkes mask was for Nov 5 and well the guinea pig... well he was just cute.

The bat was created by my son and I pasted him together.  His teacher told him that he needs to work on his cutting skills so I though it would be a good project.  Here is the finished bat hanging from my son's bed.

Pepakura postings

School has been hectic and I am currently neglecting it by posting here.  I have added Paper crafting or Pepakura to my growing list of crafts.  I am glad Kael likes these so he can keep them in his room.

I made this model after a pattern I found online... it is not my design though I am currently researching on how to do that.

Flora work in progress

Another horribly rainy day.  And finally Flora's face is dry.  Eyelashes and eyes installed with eyelids.

Also started work on a smaller scaled girl.  Not quite sure what her theme and name will be.

Easy two-piece crochet clothes

Here is the latest of Fauna with her new crocheted top and skirt.  Kael kept saying that she was cold and naked so until her clothes arrive she at least has something to keep her decent :)

New Girls.. progress report

Blythe inspired.... Working on a pair of sisters recently.  Several weeks in the making and still very raw.

Faces made with paperclay

Flora and Fauna are crafted completely from paper clay with wire armature and foil core.  A play on the BJD style without all the work of cutting out and grooving all the joints. :P

Body so far.. no feet and not coated yet.
Eyelashes and eyes painted and varnished.

More to follow shortly.
